USNE and SHIF tech companies announced a mega project to meet the threat from the south. The works have begun on a joined forces depot in the newly found system, which has been named “Pacifica”.
This will be the largest technological cooperation, SHIF has ever done with anyone. The Military knowledge and the technological expertise conjoined are surely fit to bring the war to CSM at the South Defense Front.
Connect under fire
Connect faces a multitude of lawsuits, after it has become known, that they use people from poor or violent backgrounds, in their digital entertainment area, bound by ridicolous contracts that last almost a century in some cases. Though the contracts are valid, the hiring and aquisition of models is in the best case worrying…

New Germania expanding
The closest CredSec Ally expands its territorie further. This time south. The system named Saarland, holds massive amounts of ressources, as officials state, but its extreme environments make it a huge operation, and a dangerous one to get there ressources. For now the gas giant is being conquered for a reliable fuel-source, but the two other planets are being prospected as well. CredSec will be very pleased to see its ally grow and become stronger, for it is CredSec which will profit the most, which in turn brings only advantages for the people of the sector.
Sentinels the new ASU?
In a massive, at least for their situation, push, Sentinel took the forces of [WIG] by surprise and pushed them out of Gandril. The now unhindered operating Sentinel group, declares Ganril the first free System, which the pledge to be self controlled and autonomous. Sound familiar? We thought so as well. Problem is Sentinel have gained a huge number of followers from ex ASU systems. The wicked and poor from those areas are very open to the Sentinel`s ideas of free states and systems. This is a problem with the potential to destabilise the whole area. As predicted by our political experts, CredSec did not hesitate and sent some of their top diplomats and representatives in the area, to try and bring order back to [WIG].
The last thing we need is another full on war in the sector.
El Patron rules MeddellÃn
USNE forces left in MedellÃn, to help with the pirate situation have been defeated by troops of the mysterious leading figure of the Black Skull Fleet, El Patron, who claims the system and pledged to meet every ambition to reclaim the system would be met with utmost destruction. His followers controll the border and roam freely while the major factions are working tirelessly to hold against the arch-enemy of the sector, CSM. But it is nothing new that lazy and treacherous low-lifes use these times of war and conflict to get their own little part of the pie. But bad things will come to bad people of that we are certain.
Warlords rage on Phionipas
Following the significant famine in the ORCA territories, some worlds begin to drift into a violent struggle for survival. The very basic law, survival of the fittest seems to be in place as the only law in some places. One of them is Phionipas in the Hela system, a border system without much of a significance other than cultural and religious. Local warlords have taken lead over the weak, directing the food, that is availabe to themselves and their warriors. Human right activists and organisations call for action by ORCA, but the ORCA officials keep silent and seem to have more of an interest in getting rid of the Sentinels as well as getting the most out of the fresh deals with their old enemy USNE.
Impressed Empress
The defacto leader of the Shiguen Empire, empress Jung, honored the overall success in the north expansion. She announced, that all who were present to help the empire and its push north, to receive official honors and a “part of Shiguens future”. What exactly that is, has yet to be confiremd, but wild debate has begun, who really earned this honor, and who jsut moved with the stream.
Dragons Valley qualification starts soon
Following the finishing touches on the KGB field, the investors announced, that qualifications will soon start. within the next weeks the team-registration will be open.
CredSec to regulate the financials in the Sec
CredSec officials announced a major financial restructure, to help out and boost the productivity within the sector, and to streamline trade ambitions, as well as to give smaller companies a chance to rise albeit the ongoing conflicts.
Strange new system
A system in between USNE and SHIF territory challenges our greatest minds, as it seems to defy our knowledge of physics in a spectacular way. The system, unnamed for now, contains 3 major bodies, 2 mostly silicate based rocky pülanets and one super massive gas giant. The carefull reader will ask “but where is the star or the black hole?2 – Bingo. Thats a good question. There is DEFINITIVELY a gravity well, but seemingly nothing that causes it. There is not a star, and not a black hole in the center of the very stable planetary system. The second most strange thing within the system is its gas giant, which scientist claim, contains more then 17 times the mass of Sol, which of course means it should have ignited as a star, a massive even aeons ago, and yet it did not. The SHIF scientists, who discovered and claimed the system, are as perplexed as you might be if you have a basic understanding of planetology or physics.
Watch Out ! ! !
In an attempt to slow or stop the invasion in the south, USNE and SHIF tech-companies launched the watch program. A series of high-tech satellite stations that are designed and built to track enemy movement and function as an guard- and warning system at the SDF line. satellite 1 and 2 are operational at this time, 3 and 4 are being deployed as we write.
Love is in the air
Or so it seems. Albeit the multiple violent conflicts happening at this time, the birthrate in the sector is as high as never before in the history of Splash Nebula. And the numbers are still going up. Social scientists claim, people would discover the promise of family again. they say these times would cause people to get together, love and live as intense as possible, for as long as possible. Bad or unstable times have, over the course of human history, always led to a boom of birthrates and marriages. Our politicians will be pleased since this always holds the promise of young talent for their armies…

We have dozens of historians who worked tirelessly to bring you the most authentic and most alive peace concert, the modern era has seen to date. On May the fourth at new earth in the Sol Secundae system, we will once again bring you Woodstock. A massive party and concert that lasts for 6 days straight featuring the biggest stars of our era and the greatest coverbands to bring you ancient songs and music. The pardon of the Soul-Reaper
Arno Sillince – alias “the Soul Reaper” is one of the biggest digital murderers of our time, who used his exceptional skills in computerscience and digital environments as well as his knowledge about the workings of dive, and deep dive tech, to torture and kill over 300 people in the most bestialic ways thinkable. News from the north
We are happy to update you on the great north expansion situation. After weeks and months of drawbacks, it is going pretty smoothly for now. Not only is Shiguen taking system after system, the latest being Kagiruu, as well as a massive new station in the initially empty Haikyru system. All things considered they bought themselves some time and starting to rebuild unimaginable fast. This proud empire has gotten a second chance and they seem to aim to take it.

USNE having "talks" with SHIF
Our internal sources state, USNE and SHIF representatives are talking at this time about some big collaboration in the South Defense Front operation, called SDF. This could be about the big secrecy and fuzz being made about all things Hagris. We tried to reach out but even our attempts were blocked. One thing is for sure though, CredSec officials are leading and moderating the meetings. We have some vague ideas about Hagris, since even before the big invasion push USNE MilTec seemed to be working on some new platform, but we can not tell you which role it is or what tech is being used. We have one picture, which was digitally enhanced and some stuff was fiiled up to make SOME sense of it. We believe size-wise it is somewhere between cruiser and small carrier, but to flat to be either of them.
Broken Dreams
Following the incredibly fast, political development of the sector, many companies had to merge with their larger competitors. This is firstly due to exploding costs for most wares and goods, even those that are needed in simple production, but also due to the large sums their competitors invest to get the biggest and most profitable contracts. Voices arise, claiming that a never before seen pandemic of financial espionage is happening within the ranks of the big players, who seem to get all the best ideas, before anyone else can even start developing in this direction. Some of the most promising companies are now just tiny parts in a much much grander scale of trade and production company.
The crazies
A strange new trend is on the rise, people, mostly young men also mostly from ex-ASU territories, are throwing themselves out of airlocks and see who lasts longer. This is probably cause by rise in drug use in the poorer social classes. Most of these people are unwilling to work or contribute to the overall wealth of their society. But these are the people that want to go back to old pre-USNE times., claiming that the ASU was their sole purpose and right. We are glad that the authorities take a harsh stance on such people and silence them before they can cause more discontent and, probably, more violence.Â
