Surprising lift of Quarantine
Just months after declaring a system-wide quarantine zone in Polyeid, CredSec now announced that not only Polyeid would be free again to be travelled within, but also Testyn,quarantined for over 20 years is cleared and, apparently visitable again. We don`t know what went down, but we make sure to get you details asap.
Shortcut north?
Just two month ago two groups of [SHIF] exploration vessels went missing in the Bridge-Band area. Much like the lost Taito transporter before, they just now reappeared (at least some of them) far more north within the Cerberus Void. So it is unknown at this point what exactly happened we have it on good authority that there may be survivors this time, who might be questioned as of now. We hope to update you on the matter soon.
SoftIto`s Cyberbrain
Latest reports state, that SoftIto`s engineers actually are in a prototype testing phase of their cyberbrain 1.0, which is a form of cybernetic, complete brain replacement, containing a real persons contiousness. This would be considered forbidden knowledge in any other faction, but ths Shiguen Federation deems this research worthy of their time and money. It is not yet known in which appliances this tech could be used but we are eager to learn.
[CSM] planning new offensive?
Shiguen Federation border patrols, caught alarming signals from the south region of the system, which could originate from yet another battle force reorganising to get into Renraku after the last time prooved impossible for them. Though [SHIF] worked relentlessly to ensure the systems savety, it is uncertain, if they really can stand against a massive attack on Renraku.
We must all pay the price
The price for freedom and savety is bitter most sacred thing one can give in the name for a better future. And while we are not all meant to fight and battle, CredSec representatives stated, we would all be needed to stand against the enemy to the best of our ability. They announced a special (temporary?!) tax on every transaction within the sector. Some called it the Freedom-tenth, which is weirdly fitting, since the tax comes in at a whopping 10% on each transaction regardless in which direction. Though we don`t have money laying around in piles, we understand the necessity of this.Â
Astronomical spectacle
A cooperation between Arasaka and PlanTrack led to a “rush” of extreme tourists to a newly found system within the Cerberus Void. The exact location is nondisclosed as it is sensitive data from the north expansion, but if you have the money, you may be able to watch a never before seen astronomical spectacle on a cosmic scale, as the system is dying as of now. A large high energetic explosion is rolling through the system destrying everything in its wake leaving but a blinding cosmic glow.
Flexidium Kodiaksis trending
Erin Takei, chief RND officer at Taito, developed new fuel holding compartment on the basis of Flexidium Kodiaksis a super flexible material just recently detected through the north expansion. Though the initial integration into fuel tank is on the more expensive side, Takei and his team claim it would cut the maintenace cost for more then 30 percent. They are now stress-testing the technology, hoping to integrate it into their own ships as well as selling it to other customers within the Shiguen Empire.
The Theocrazy
A large detonation on Quonox`s Pital Mine Project station, just recently bought by CredSec intelligence, destroyed 60% of the facility. A statement shortly after emerged on the SecNet, in which Eden Child claimed the attack. 13 workers died none of them worked for CredSec exclusively but where licenced workers, who just happened to be there. This casts some dark shadows on the work of the catholic church, which yet has to condemn the disgusting act of terror.Â
Watch your Tech
This picture shows the Mean Spiked Firebelly, a sort of bug, whichs males can grow up to 3 cm in length and height, and are a growing concern for spacecraft in the sector, since they tend to use the chemical reaction under their belly to smelt a nesting place into plastics in dark crawl-spaces. Not rarely destroying or damaging vital shipparts like electrical circuit boards or the like. Experts warn to keep an eye out during maintenance.

Months after some of the most gruesome pictures of the [CSM] conflict emerged from Protori, a large counter-offensive has just begun to reclaim the system and repay the enemy. While it seems, [CSM] forces are somewhat stuck at the moment, this offensive is gonna be a tough ambition since the enemy appeared to have duck in deep in this system, using the remaining civillians for their sick sacrifing ritual.
Are you there, God?
A pandemic of weird or even downright horrific dreams haunts a good percentage of the sectors inhabitants. Though our reports slightly differ, all seems to have to do with some sort of lightfigure with kind of angelic wings or strings attached to the back. People claim to have heard screams and cries of suffering, while floating in space staring into the gaping maw of a galactic nuclei, unable to move or to look away from the abyss. Our experts suggest the horror happening every day in the sector right now could be a factor as well as socio-psychological change over the course of the last years. Some even go as far as to claim that would be an immense case of of mass-hysteria. But as horrific it sounds, one can not deny the divine vibe that bleeds. So maybe it is just the silent call for help for we lack the empathy and wisdom to stop killing ourselfes.Â
Hunger crisis update
A new breed of Azirian Blue Hornback has been genetically manufactured in the [ORCA] region, trippling its egg laying frequency. This could aid in the fight against the hunger in the region. Animal rights activist claim this procedure would be cruel and intolerable, but agrar-experts assured us the production had followed strict regulations.
Depots Arrive
Finally after [CSM] gained some good headstart, the true military power of the [USNE] arrives in their south region. The people of Kansas celebrated a huge welcome party as a symbols of pride and relieve. In the focus of the military ambition is fleet admiral Shane Miguel Lockheed and his 7th capital, which earned legendary state in the fringbelt conflict. People feel hope now that they have arrived.
Hollows on Renraku
While the stakes are high, and all hands are on deck to build up the best possible defensives, Shiguen Empire agents discovered a hollow hideout on Omu, which contained weaponry and ammunition as well as several vials of potent poison and a data stick with a contract regarding a high-ranking functionary of the Nissin cooperation. Though no members of the hollows were on site, and there have been no arrests, the Shigueni secret service could relocate the target to a save location.
Christmas
While the war is ongoing and the sector drowns in violence, the time has almost come again, to celebrate christmas again. The official [ASO] headmaster, Arch-bishop Laurentio Barnabäus invites all people regardless from where they come to a grand christmas ceremony in the young Görlitzer Dom. He aims to set a symbol against war and violence during these times. A notion we could not agree more with.
The wolf among us
CredSec claims to have a standing army of 150.000 units of the Wolf MK2 ready for action. Those numbers are not that surprising if one takes into account that New Germania moved almost all their production to serve their partner CredSec. In this last few months, the rest of the Shipyards and production facilities have been moved to CredSec territory, to streamline the production of military assets.
