CredSec saves the day
After months of a precarious hostage situation on Sicillia station involving parts of [USNE]`s and [WIG]`s noble families, namely the McHorns and Fiercing, CredSec negotiators resolved the matter without any bloodshed, which seems a novum in the fringe belt conflict. Insider sources state a mutual beneficial deal between CredSec and Sentinels has been made, but this seems highly unlikely, as it would be contrary the efforts of CredSec to provide stability within the sector.Â
[NGE] influence rising
CredSec and New Germania have an exceptionally fruitfull partnership as of now. The timeframe in which [NGE] and CredSec influence rise are extraordinarily fast. Though not exclusively well recieved throughout the sector, the results can not be denied. The latest being a cooperation between the both in the Pepino system to establish a depot, which would significantly strengthen the military position of Cred Sec in the sector.
Fernando Caeros is dead
The head of the “Caeros Familia”, Fernando Raul Ezekiel Caeros died this month at the age of 234 years, which leaves his first born son, Tijago Raul Ezekiel Caeros, as his heir. The whole system partakes in the ceremonial mourning festivities for the next three weeks, then one week of burial ceremonies will be held after which the new head of the family will be crowned and honored.

[USNE] MilTec arrives
With the help of CredSec autonomous combat platforms like the recently shown Wolf, [USNE] MilTec reached the southern border and established a broad front until their depots arrive. In Panoulou as well as Lamis, MilTec elements were able to defeat the enemy with a swift and mercyless battle. It seems [CSM] has not thought about why the [USNE] was considered the greatest military power in the sector, and now gets to experience the hammer first hand.
What was once the jewel of the Shiguen Federation, Shiguen Prime, both a monument to the technological power as well to the diplomatic course of the federation, is no more. These are the last pictures we got from ICap drones surveiling the planet after [CSM] forces entered the system. Though pretty “old-school” one can not deny the effectivness of nuclear warheads in a planetary bombartment. Though ultimately not surprising, actually seeing the terraforming wonder fall is gut wrenching. Arasaka swears revenge
Mr. Arasaka held a brief press conference, reacting to the last pictures of his seat of power, Shiguen Prime. In it he swears revenge under tears of anger and frustration, but “He and his compatriots would stay strong”. He promised his allegiance to the empress and says he would be willing to give what it takes at her side, to be able to pay back [CSM]`s act of violence.
[USNE] call to arms
The once greatest military power in the Splash Nebula sector, now has to recruit people at the age of 16 since it needs every man and woman able to hold a gun, fly a ship or do any kind of duty aboard one of their mighty battle ships. A new law was created, that pardons every deserter up until now, and an official apology was formulated towards the families of executed supposed deserters, claiming old [USE] elements were responsible for the mass executions.Â
Shiguen connected?
Following the battle against the black skull fleet within the Medellìn system, [USNE] pioneers recovered [BSF] assets from within the premisses,a certain gas giant mine included. While searching the place they found a body of a Shiguen special forces operative. This lead to some MilTec officials claim, the Shiguen Federation secret service was undermined by enemy forces, or at least partly out of control of the Shiguen empress. This makes the situation east of the golden band much more uncertain. But [USNE] officials promised to, albeit the new situation, to still help against the pirates in the area.
[USNE] confirms loss of Alcatraz
After much speculation, [USNE] officials recently claimed, the Alcatraz has been lost to them for quite some time, after an ex-USE-member and an ORCA-secret service major named Hangtorch took over the vessel and used it to [ORCA]`s advantage in researching the technology necessary to create a form of supersoldier. This would be nothing new to [ORCA], [USNE] officials claim since [ORCA] has been known to meddle in such forbidden knowledge ( we reported: News 11 – SNx3 by CredSec ) MilTec representatives also confirmed that Hangtorch collaborated with certain elements within the black skull fleet, the very same the [USNE] battled in the Medell`n system and drove out of their home-turf. Albeit the loss of the Alcatraz and the shamefull experiments for which it has been used, MilTec officials book this incident as an overall success in the campaign to secure the Shigueni north expansion.

Over twenty years, after the first “Strange Matter Incident” on Ingunn, Another strange event shook the scientific community in the area. Almost half a year back these high energy arcs have been first seen on seemingly random locations on the planet though this is the first that was captured on video. As with the oddly metallic material way back,nothing is really known about this just yet.
PlanTrac Evac
The Planet Tracker Group, or PlanTrac, is a vital coorperation partner in the great evacuation going on in (or out) Shiguen Empire territory. Our insiders told us, a huge deal was made with PlanTrac for them to help shipping millions and millions of Shigueni civilians into the newly errected outposts and colonies.Â
Alien Tech on Eden?
This is a rogue transmission, making the rounds in [USNE] and [NGE] territories supposedely showing some kind of space-suite from Eden. Upon asking CredSec officials, they denied this being an picture made anywhere near Eden. But they agreed to invite some official reporters from the big factions to bring clarity to the whole ordeal.Â
CredSec establishes band of stability
After month and years of political work and diplomatic efforts, CredSec finally establishes a band of stabilty within the fringe belt. Literally. While the truce between [ORCA] and [USNE], is a big leap in securing a save future for humankind within the sector, and this was entirely made possible by CredSec, they now established a physical barrier in the belt as well. CredSec built great points of influence within major systems in the fringe belt and ensures stability from there. The main operative systems being Aiuvo, Thorfin, Polyeid, Audrima and Vigil.
Shiguen incident
While the operation “North expansion” is going pretty well, all things considered, Shigueni exploration vessels have, once again, encountered some hindrance. Though previously mentioned and considered, as per our insider contacts, some space anomaly around the Hashi-Arc, seemingly swallowed two exploration groups whole. The last incident in the general area was one Taito transporter which later showed up far more north then expected, but was savely returned to duty. This time two exploration groups made of two tankers, three scouts and a deep space cruiser vanished. Lets hope they two find their way back into Shiguen territories.
Eden Child enraged
Not all seem to be happy with how CredSec handles the situations in the sector. Namely the Eden Child organisation (some may say sect), was enraged by the recent establishing of a system wide quarantine zone, in which should have been their home-turf, “Eden”. Though CredSec assured them time and again, the quarantine was for their own safety, voices rised withing the Eden Child group, calling for action and revenge, some even for a holy war against the “unruly conquerers”. A statement to which CredSec officials answered, it would show the true barbaric nature of this religious fanatics group and called on to Archbishop Jeremi Ulisse, to condemn these people of Eden Child and New Eden.Â

Following the major offensive in the southern [USNE] territories by [CSM] invasion forces, the MilTec is producing in vast numbers on every industrial planet they have. Massive war ships are being build or reactivated and the MilTec RND division is working around the clock to ensure the military superiority. On the left is one example for the great efforts being made in the military technology sector. recently finished and now shiped is the new kinetic capital ship gun, Titan Rail adaptive mass accelerator, or short “TRAMA”. which is developed under the Titan class capital weapons line.
temporary ceasefire in the fringe belt
Following the large offensive on [USNE]`s south border, as well as the massive efforts CredSec made to ensure peace and security in the fringe belt region, [ORCA] and [USNE] settled for a (for now) temporary armistice in the area. [ORCA] agreed after their conditions were met. These being, [USNE] acknowledging the sole rulership of [ORCA] over the recently conquered territories in the fringe belt. Although painfull, [USNE] politicians chose the lesser evil of having one front in their south instead of another one in their north.
The black skull fleet has been driven off
After an intense battle in the Medellìn system, USNE special forces managed to defeat elements of the black skull fleet throughout the premisses. Though the massive station was able to slip away, USNE officials said the pirates lost most of their offensive potential in the area, making the traffic more save for everyone.
CredSec quarantine spreads
Following the quarantine in the Eden system, CredSec continued to establish system wide quarantines within the Splash Nebula Sector. CredSec representatives acknowledge the worries of their partners in the area but assured us the measures were taken for the savety of the sector. They told us the least anyone needs is another conflict regarding tech or research on newly found planets with alien remnants on them.
Terror
Thegino, in the Gandril system. Sentinel terrorists have hit another major [WIG] facility. This time they managed to infiltrate and damage the O`Beirdne Engines main factory on Thegino. This newest escalation in domestic terrorism inside the [WIG] territory shows the dedication of the Sentinel members. This attack will significantly hinder production within these facilities which has major backlashes within the ship production mainly with O`Beirdnes main partner, Wilkinson Saber Shipyards, part of the Wilkinson Inc. group. [WIG]`s mainpolitical speakers officially asked [ORCA] for further military and secret service help following this incident.
Twins in house Calleigh
A little over a year after their controversial marriage, Maria Herion O`Calleigh birthed twins this month. Officials state all are well and in good spirits albeit the ongoing crisis within the sector and their own territory. The twins are a boy and a girl named Tom Richard and Lea Gvendoline, and are much like the marriage of their famous parents a symbol of peace and innocence. We congratulate the lucky parents and wish them all the best.
