! ! ! I N V A S I O N ! ! !

It happened. What some of the great minds of the sector, including CredSec vice director (sector expansion), Gabriel van Huitress, foretold for some time now, became a sad truth. [CSM] forces invaded the [USNE] territories, striking fierce and fast, obviously taking advantage of the fringe war and the recent over taking of Manila without having a stable infrastructure at place. The last few days, bad news after bad news came in from the southern regions of the [USNE] controlled territories. Within the last few days, Magellan forces opened fronts on four United Splash Nebula Empire systems, conquering on of them, Wedge. While not too many [USNE forces were present, the losses were plenty and the surprised MilTec had no choice, but to retreat and regroup, leaving most of the civillians to their fate. CredSec officials promised direct financial support, while some of New Germanias ressources were set to help out the hurting [USNE] MilTec. As a direct result, we have seen a major retreat in the Fringe-Belt as well, where the battles came to an end for a moment and [ORCA] could gain some ground without being challenged. This changes the whole dynamic in the sector once again, and not for the better. Just a few weeks ago, the [CSM] threat became all to real to the Shiguen Federation resulting in the largest evacuation operation in the history of the sector (yet), and a bloody battle in the regions around Renraku. We are praying for all of the sectors civilized people, that the major factions will find a solution, putting an end to the now common enemy in the south, but judging by the las few month we are more likely putting out more bad news before the end…

New Germania on the prowl for metals

It would seem their partner CredSec could provide enough metals for their shipyards, yet New Germania prospectors are launching missions to claim new metal mines. This is a sign for the massive production CredSec has been paying for. CredSec officials stated, that it would be no secret what their ships are being built for and they would pay amazingly well for any privateers working to claim ressources for them as well.

Where the fuck is Myslos???

What was first believed to be a SecNet meme, got the attention of the major factions the last few weeks. It appears (ironically) that Myslos, along with its major stellar black hole Mikasa has vanished. That of course can not be so it stands to reason, that CredSec has aquired or invented some superstealth technology. We asked Shiguen officials but they denied having sold their technology. Also the disappearance was to sudden to be done by the Shigueni buoy tech. We try and get our hands on first hand infomation about what exactly happened in Mikasa but at the hour it is completely unknown. CredSec officials keep silent for now, but we await further details any time.

CredSec, someone we could trust?

A few months ago, while CredSec kept spreading throughout the sector even building an enormous army from scratch, we thought we had a new major player in the Fringe-Belt-Conflict, but as it turns out, CredSec did exactly as they promised. They brought stability and a good amount of security for the civillan people of the sector. Crime has gone down significantly, and the major factions are signaling their interest in negotiations as adviced by CredSec, and under their moderation. We can not stretch enough how big of a challenge that was, is and will be for a long time to come, but we at SNX3, aim to bring you the truth, and the simple truth might just be, that CredSec is the answer to the violence and bloodshed in the sector.

MilTec historians baffled and enraged

Following a ridicolous hijack operation, [USNE] MilTec is short three of their oldest, still servicable warships, the [USE] Saber, the [USE] Hawk and (probably worst) the [USE] Liberty. Heard that name before didn`t you? Yeah well, it is only the most legendary battleship of the last two centuries. It has seen more battles then any of its sisters or predecessors, and is the stuff from which dozens of [US(N)E] military myths stem. The culprits  managed to get away with these three old timers without leaving any trace of their whereabouts. Most likely scenario, [USNE] Cove director Sean Pierce assumed, would be some sort of super rich collector looking to expand their repertoire. It is also bothersome to the MilTec officials, that along with the ships, a vast amount of ammunition and parts was lost. Pierce was put on administrative hold until the investigation is concluded.

Huge success at Ishinado

Just weeks after a bloody battle was fought and won at the brink of the Renraku-system, Shiguen Federation ground troops achieved the unthinkable in the age of giant warships fighting from orbit, they not only took two major strongholds back from the enemy, but also helped driving all remaining [CSM] forces out of the system by using highly advanced ground to orbit laser batteries, to weaken the enemies small and support craft, while the navy did the rest. This was a brilliant demonstration, how effective a joined operation between the segments of a military can be. The result is, as per usual more time for the evacuation, but also a significant boost in productivity in regards to arms development, which is desperatly needed in all other Shiguen Federation territories. Mrs. Jung explained, the timing and execution of the operations were perfect and part of a major counter offensive plan to help build back up the decimated military assets.

Bugs, again!!!

While the north expansion goes as smoothly as one would expect from such a massive undertaking, rumors made their way back to us stating a giant wave of insectoid lifeforms emerged on one of the newly inhabited planets, that consists mainly of hot and arid desert, and has some form of magnetic anomaly.  These creatures seem to be some of the same that made terraforming Liu Min so hard in the initial phase, but was since resolved. How this species came to be on this planet now remains to be seen, but it is clear it poses a definitive threat to the wellbeing and success of the brave Shiguenies that push forward this great expanse.

[CSM] dangerously close to the southern border of [USNE]

It appears, [CSM] forces are planning something along the south border of [USNE] territory. Border patrols found signs of movement and activity inside the systems just beneath Protori and Thyra. Upon investigating, the [USNE] MilTec was confronted with two fully functional strongholds inside the systems, next to significant troop amounts in form of smaller craft and support vessels, but luckily no cruisers or even dreadnoughts. Officials stated they would monitor the situation, but deem it under control. No imminent threat would be posed to the civillians of said systems, and they were not expecting any hostile activity by [CSM].

Bengal found at [SHIF]`s doorstep

After weeks of no sign of this massive behemoth, the Bengal class dreadnought emerged just at the south border of the Hua Doen system, in an previously uninhabited system, now called Mumbai, which is home to a station of [CSM], called Nashik. Now there is also the ultimate menace in form of the MNS Bladivugu, a dreadnought that seems to shatter the frame of reality in size and obvious power, though it has yet to perform in battle the first time. The evacuation of the Hua Doen system meanwhile is almost completed, and city engineers are rendering the tech left behind useless to the enemy as quick as possible.

New CredSec facilities emerge

CredSec expands their level of influence yet again by errecting new bases in the following systems: Pepino, Polyeid, Kalamanik and Iricoe. Officials stated thsi was established and negotiated with the factions in controll of said systems, well beforehand. The motion would be the same as stated way back in thebeginning of `91, bringing stability, freedom and security. And, at least as far as we can see, it just works.

[SHIF] battle for Renraku, kind of

A glorious, yet lossy albeit critical battle was fought by Shiguen Federation naval forces south of Renraku, where  [SHIF] special forces detected hostile activity towards Renraku itself. The second and third capital fleet, were dispatched and fought a bloody fight until the enemy was slain, mostly dead or imprisoned. Shiguen gained valuable intel on enemy movement, which ultimately lead to the detection of the [CSM] Bengal class dreadnought and could lead to further success. At the tip of the spear, leading the battle herself, was Yunkosane Jung , the young empress of the Shiguen Federation who, at the same time, managed to oversee the greatest evacuation operation ever known to men. Though the battle resulted in heavy losses on the side of [SHIF] as well, Mrs Jung told us the sacrifices were not in vain, since the big evacuation gained an extremely critical ressource, time. “This is all we wanted and all we got. The intel aside, the operation was a huge success, and is an honor in itself to our fallen brothers and sisters. They will NOT be forgotten.” Jung said in an official statement towards her people. Rumor has it, that some unofficial [USNE] support was sent to assist in the undertaking. This could definitively be seen as a significant hostile action, making [USNE] officially involved in the conflict with [CSM] which would be very unwise at the given time, which is why you should take this rumors with a grain of salt.

[USNE] operatives in bed with [WIG] assassins?

We have had some incredible theories on what actually is the deal of the Wilson Group shadow caste of warriors, fighting from the twilights and striking out of dust on seemingly unressourcefull targets and locations. But this new one is both funny and daunting in the sense, that it could be yet another big player in the Fringe Belt region. So lets hope its not true, but we`ll give you our intel anyways. Latest reports by one of our friends at [SHIF] brought  an menacing alliance to our attention. High ranking MilTec operatives have been seen conversing and working with (supposedly) members of a secret shadow society made off killers and assassins that abide the highest tipping. Some of them may have been near the Fringe Belt regions, which would be one hell of a strike at [ORCA], since [WIG] is an established ally of the conglomerate. We`ll update you on the topic as we get news ourselves.

People starving in [ORCA]

Sahame, one of [ORCA]s biggest providers of agrar-products has fallen victim to an unknown kind of natural disaster, resulting in almost complete loss of the planetwide production of foods and food products. The result is very much clear and very much almost imidiately, since the planet is provider of basic food for almost 25% of food in all of [ORCA]s territory. Foor prices skyrocket the last few weeks, and civil unrest strikes at large. The main worlds however are as secure as ever, and promis fast and unburocratic help.

Hua Doen almost Hua Done

Remember the rumors of spies residing withing Hua Doen? Kabuki even? Turns out the rumors were right… Actually one major enemy agent element has just been slain at the docks in Kabuki Spaceport. As we understand, it was just in time since the hostile agent was being in the process of releasing some sort of biological weapon into the chaos which is Kabuki at this point. Thankfully a group of Shiguen specialists (though they do not look like that), were able to stop the culprit. The whole of Kabuki needs to thank them. Though we do not know their names, we have gathered some not to great security footage of the two men of the hour.

Kabuki thanks you ! ! !

[WIG] separatists gaining momentum

Nothing is what it seems apparently. The hole sector is one hell of a clusterfuck drowning in war and violence as well as political intrigue… One does wish there would be just one faction one could trust, that would bring peace upon us. Latest reports state, the terrorist organisation, “Sentinel” would gain more and more followers, who are against the faction being “allied” to the ORCA conglomerate. And by that we mean they are fed up with acting like the bitch of ORCA, lets be honest here. The sector wide activity shows, that [WIG] looses controll over heir own territory on a dayly basis. Rumors have it they have shadow warriors joining their ranks from a secret assassin society, which has been called the “Hollows”. The image on the left shows the symbol associated with this organisation.

Pirates behind the assassination on Tenshin B?

Just in!!!

As it seems all clues lead to the north and to a known threat in the sector, the Black Skull Fleet. Though mainly responsible for robbing cargo hauls, they are certainly built to act as assassins from the shadows. Maybe it is not the worst after all, that [USNE] will take on the situation near the golden band, for the good of all of us. Just recently it has become known, that target of the assassination was Gillian Kodiak, scientist and physicist that recently got attention for the discovery of Flexidion Kodiaksis, which is a ultra flexible natural polymer, that has a multitude of appliances most importantly in transportation technologies as well as micro-meteor protection. A quick response team from Tenshin B has shot down a fighter and captured the crew of a Corsair, that was affiliated with the [BSF].

Taito transporter found and secured

The missing transporter, SFV Rio, has been found floating in orbit around a newly claimed planet in the Lis-system. Though there were no sign of the crew, and the ship was on auto-orbit, it freight remained complete and untouched it seems, which is likely a massive relieve for the north expansion officials. The investigation is ongoing and noone really can tell us anything about what might have happened, and why the ship was so massively off course, but the most important thing is, it is back, and the expansion can go on as planned. The Rio is currently being rerouted to Megon1512 to deliver its goods, and then help in the evacuation process.

Sol Secundae confirms mass-executions albeit CredSec protest

Following a large wave of desertions after the merge of [USE] and [ASU], Sol Secundae has brought judgment to the ones they captured and, over the course of last years, executed 2.3 million [USNE] MilTec soldiers without proper tribunal oreven any defense. CredSec officials in the system are demonstrating their protest by massively raising prices and taxes on all financial transactions within the [USNE] territory, which will hurt the faction that has spent quadrrillions on keeping the war going in their favor (arguably). MilTec intelligence agents assume ex [USE] agents helping most of the deserters to keep a low profile. They promissed to track those individuals down and bring “further justice” to those betraying it.
